Custom build for a couple from Texas.
2001 Blue Bird® Handy Bus.
27 feet long, has 6 foot 4 inches interior height, & 175 sq feet of living space!

In the beginning...

Step 1: remove seats

Step 2: pull up existing flooring

Step 3: rust removal

Step 4: apply rusty metal primer

Step 5: lay subfloor & insulation

Step 6: lay flooring

Step 7: build out an entire conversion

Jimmy proof front door lock!

Cockpit

One of the signatures of all our builds is a skull co-pilot. We get these in Baja Mexico and they are made from ground fish bone.

Our actual co-pilot, Tecate our skoolie dog!

The client picked the flooring out for this one and we love it!

Mounted food & water bowls for their littlest dog. This keeps them in place and out of the way when the bus is moving!

*Butcher block counter 1.75” thick, triple mineral oiled
*Drainboard sink, no separate dish drying rack needed
*Stainless steel, lead free, commercial faucet
*Water filtration system with separate faucet.
*Two built-in soap dispensers...so no soap bottles falling over in-transit.
*Counter top double electrical outlet with two usb-fast charge ports...perfect for the coffee pot & your phone!
*Side-mounted Camplux 2.64gpm tankless instant water heater.
*Eight drawers for lots of kitchen storage.
*Soft-close drawers with added drawer latches so they don’t come out while driving

In keeping with the customers personality, we added a couple of dish towels as a house-warming gift! "Fuck the Dishes" & "Let's Bake Some Shit"

We asked our clients to send us pics from around their home to get a feel for their personality. In those pics was a small octopus detail so we pulled from that as inspiration for these shelf brackets!

Bonus - the sink has sparkles built into it, pictures do it no justice!
